Flathead Fillet (Frozen)

At Madam Seafood, we take pride in ensuring the freshest possible seafood are offered to our customers. That’s why all our flathead are caught locally and only within 48 hours of delivery to ensure you, as a customer, will love the fish as much as we do. 

Our flatheads are professionally cleaned, filleted and packed into a 500g-600g vacuumed sealed tray to ensure the highest level of hygiene and freshness.

Once you receive the fillets, simply cut open the seal bag and give the them a quick rinse under cold water before drying with a paper towel and they will be ready to be cooked in any way you desire.
